How to use your keycode
1. Download and install AVG Secure VPN from the official AVG website.
2. Open the program and go to the menu option for activating or entering a subscription (e.g., “My AVG” → “My Subscriptions” → “Enter activation code”).
3. Copy and paste your keycode exactly as provided, or type it manually.
4. Confirm and restart the app if necessary – your 1-year / 10-device subscription will be activated.
5. Install and sign in with the same account on your other devices to use the subscription across all of them.
Limited to 1 activation key product per client. Can't be returned or exchanged.
From the time the order is confirmed, it should take up to 15 minutes to arrive at the email you used when placing the order.
Digital products, including but not limited to digital keys, may require activation. Activation instructions will be provided in the order confirmation notification sent to the email address registered in the user account. If you do not receive activation instructions by email, please contact customer service for assistance. Digital products are available immediately after activation, and no returns or refunds are allowed for these types of products.
